Assetplace is a community project for sharing Black Ops III creations, run informally as part of the gscode ecosystem. These terms are meant to be plain and fair.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you publish. By listing an asset here you grant us permission to display its metadata (title, description, images, links, and stats) so people can find and download it. You set the license for each asset, and that license, not this site, governs what others may do with your creation.

We host metadata, not files

Assetplace stores listings and links. The actual downloads are hosted by publishers on their own services. We don't take responsibility for files hosted elsewhere, and download availability depends on the publisher keeping their hosting live.

Publishing responsibly

When you publish, you confirm that you made the work or have the rights to redistribute everything in it, and that it follows our community guidelines. Don't upload malware, stolen work, or content you don't have the rights to.

We can remove content

We may remove any listing, or revoke publishing access, if it breaks the guidelines, infringes someone's rights, or puts the community at risk, with or without notice where necessary. Rights holders can request takedown of their content at any time.

No warranty

Assetplace is provided as is, without warranty. Downloads come from third-party publishers; use your own judgement and scan files you install. We're not liable for damage arising from content hosted or linked here.
